We have 2 world first-class ultraprecise high speed slitting lines which have the Stripper&Spacer tool system whose guide system maintain the narrowest knife clearance(35mm~1250mm,burr≤0.01m,Speed 300 ) AND 12 domestic first-class laser positioning slitting lines (80mm~1250mm, burr≤0.02mm, Speed 80 & 120).

Since 2014, We cooperate with Bao Steel and Wujiang Transformer to work together on the innovative energy conservation distribution transformer. Then we built Bao Steel and Julong Joint Lab focusing on the ultralthin silicon steel process including: 0.2mm,0.18mm,0.16mm and so on. We also have 12 cutting lines with the ability of double yoke function which ensure the widened yoke technique come true.

This workshop is equipped with Ultraprecise High Speed Slitting Line with the ability of loading MAX to 18 tons mother coil,and SDRI laser positioning slitting line and Automatic Package Sytem from Shanghai Charlie. It mainly supports the uptodate precisely slitted silicon steel coils manufacturing.

GEORG Automatic Cutting & Stacking Power Type Transformer Core Inteligent Workshop

This workshop is equipped with GEORG most uptodate Precisioncut TBA800 E-Stacker with a high speed precisely slitting line and AI Stereoscopic Warehouse which can automaticly serve the Cutting & Stacking System.

GEORG Cutting & Pre-Stacking Power Type Transformer Core Workshop

This workshop is equipped with GEORG Precisioncut TBA1000&TBA800 with Automatic Pre-Stack Module. It can serve our customer with our honored Precisely Pre-Stacked Laminations.

Full Sequence Cutting & Pre-Stacking Dry Type Transformer Core Workshop

This workshop is equipped with SDRI Full Sequence Cut 600 & 900 with 2 Shears and 8 Punches facilities. The SDRI slitting lines and cutting lines make the dry type transformer core's work done succefully.

High Speed Cutting & Automatic Stacking Oil Immersed Transformer Core Intelligent Workshop

This workshop is equipped with SDRI laser positioning slitting lines, SDRI high speed 200 cutting lines ,automatic stacking machines and SDRI 400 which can surpport the Widened Yoke technique .

Stacking Workshops

This workshop is one of our factory's stacking workshops.It has the ability of lifting up to 100 tons power transformer iron cores.BTW we also have distribution transformer iron core's stacking workshops.

Clamping System Workshops and Backup Iron Core Factories

We have 3 Clamping System Workshops which surpport power transformer clamping system，Laser Bending clamping system manufacturing.One is in the Chuangye Rd #7 which is 600 metres distance from the main factory, and two are rented nearby.

We also have 3 backup Iron core factories which can support the upexpected iron core output. One is in Chuangye Rd #7 very close to the main factory , one is in Luqiao District,Taizhou City Zhejiang Province,and another is in Pizhou City,Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

Baosteel & Julong JOINT Laboratory

Since 10/2014, Julong has cooperated with BaoSteel in the study area: High performance distribute transformer’s iron core . In 7/2015 , Julong has established Joint laboratory with Baosteel.This photo was taken at Baosteel Central Silicon Steel Research Institute.
